This service is a focused virtual consultation for facilities seeking expert guidance on a specific nutritional question, proposed diet change, or individual animal concern.
We also offer comprehensive nutrition and diet development services. Please get in touch if you are interested in more extensive nutrition consulting.

This service includes:
- Review of relevant diet and background information provided before the session
- A 60-minute virtual consultation
- Discussion of potential nutritional, behavioural, and husbandry considerations
- Practical recommendations and suggested next steps
- A brief written summary following the consultation
REFUND POLICY
As this product is a virtual consultation, there is no option to return your item. However, if you are dissatisfied with the consultation, please get in touch with us using the Contact form of our website and let us know why the experience did not live up to your expectations. We will then work with each customer on a case-by-case basis.
